Believe it or not, according to a study conducted recently by Oxford scientists, with 16,000 female participants, women who have bigger behinds are less prone to chronic illnesses and are more intelligent than the women with average or small behinds. The research also pointed out that these women have a low level of bad cholesterol because of their hormones that process sugars faster.
What’s more, these women are not as susceptive to heart diseases and diabetes as women with smaller behinds. This is probably because they have extra omega-3 fatty acids that also improve their brain function.
Also, as the research confirmed, a bigger behind increases the levels of leptin in the body. Leptin is a hormone responsible for weight regulation. And, it increases the amount of inspecting, a hormone with anti-inflammatory, anti-diabetic, and vascular-protective characteristics.
Similar studies done in California and Pittsburgh have confirmed that women with big behinds, wide hips, and small waists have a longer life expectancy.
